Receiving Help FAQ's

Applications are accepted each month until our capacity is reached. 

If anyone in your household has a vehicle you are required to pick up your items from our warehouse.  

You may apply once per month.  However, we may no longer be able to provide monthly service.  This is due to the large volume of requests we are receiving.  We process requests in the order received.  We provide service equally to all applicants.

You will complete an application once per year and then will request assistance when needed.

Our service is free and we are thankful to our partner charities, ministries, businesses and those that donate financially.
