All Applicants
1. We cannot provide assistance to everyone that applies. Food supply, volunteers and the number of applications received will determine the amount of assistance we can provide each week.
2. Everyone in the household must be listed on the application.
3. You will need DOB of everyone in the household.
4. You will need to list the income AMOUNT of each household member from (SSI, Unemployment, Disability, 1099's, Hourly and Salary Wages, etc.).
5. The applicant must be present when receiving items.
6. Proof of Oklahoma residency is required.
Delivery Assistance
1. To qualify for delivery service, no one in the household can have a vehicle and you have no one to assist you with transportation.
2. If you live in an apartment you may need to meet the delivery driver at apartment complex main office.
3. If you live in a hotel you will need to meet the driver in front of the hotel lobby.
4. Our drivers are not allowed to climb stairs or enter any residence or property. If you are unable to meet the driver at their vehicle you will need to find someone to asisst you before they arrive.
5. Drivers will call when they are a few minutes away. If for some reason you can't answer their call, they will not stop at your residence. Sorry, but we won't be able to reschedule your delivery.
6. Delivery assistance will not be provided to everyone that applies.
7. Delivery areas can and will change weekly depending on the number of applicants and the number of volunteers who particiapte.
8. We will call the day before to schedule delivery. We will make two attempts to contact you.
Pick Up Assistance
1. Once we receive your application you will receive an email for you to schedule your appointment date/time.
2. If you miss your appointment and do not notify us ahead of time your account will be closed.
3. If you miss your appointment but notify us in advance, you can reschedule for the next available pick up date/time. If you cannot pick up on the next available date, you can reapply in 30 days.
Please make sure to check your answers before submitting. Incorrect applications will need to be resubmitted and will delay processing.
